The photo quality doesn’t do it justice, but trust me — this was the best steak I’ve had in Florence! The meat was cooked perfectly, just the way I asked for it. One thing I want to point out though — there was a strange moment when I tried to get help from one of the female staff members. She stood at a distance and didn’t approach, which felt a bit odd. Later, her co-worker Ben explained that she wasn’t the server for our table, and he reassured me that it wasn’t anything personal or discriminatory. He more than made up for the awkward moment by offering us a plate of homemade tiramisu — and oh wow, it was delicious! I wish I had some right now! Too bad I have to take a 13-hour flight just to get back there… sob! 😏💕

I finally found my perfect sunglasses- staff is amazing, the lady who helped me this morning ( sorry I didn’t get your name ), and Omar who was serving me later in the afternoon- thank you❤️

Great shopping but head to the roof for a lovely snack or meal and a view of the Piazza Republica The food was tasty and for the view worth the price.

I go to this store quite often because it is close to where I live. Various floors and lots of variety to choose from. I always wait for the sale season because it is quite expensive to buy at full price. I have purchased essence for the house, clothes, backpacks, sneakers perfumes and sunglasses and no regrets! Well organized and friendly staff

Rinascente is a designer store, that sells fashion, accessories and shoes and wine, All the designer labels you can think of - with curated ranges. They also have restaurants normally located on the top floor- in Florence the view is beautiful - food is reasonably priced considering you are paying for the view. I opted for a Chicken Caesar Salad €14 which was plentiful - service was very good, and the servers speak English. Freshly squeezed Orange juice was a bit pricey €7 but this is Florence, and juice is expensive everywhere. So if you’re in the area had a shopping trip and want somewhere to escape the hustle and bustle of tourists - definitely worth checking out! If you time it right you might even hear the beautiful sounds of the church bells from the cathedral. Tables are available to book in advance, there is the standard cover charge and a 10% service charge - for sitting on the terrace - but you have to appreciate the staff have to run around a bit to provide fast service - so it’s not really a big deal. American Express is also accepted.

I really want to thank Bianca from the second floor… what a gentle, sweet and caring girl, besides being one of the prettiest girls I’ve seen! She really knows what customers service means… also an impeccable English.

I like Rinascentre across Italy, at least Roma, Milano, Torino and now in Florence! The selection of clothes is moderate in Florence, at least for me, but food is very good in Florence.

During Xmas this beautiful shopping centre in the lights up with the most beautiful Xmas lights. It is located next to the Xmas market in Florence. Must go - amazing ambience !!!
